Now that LOCKDOWN is back, we can still have a bit of Rally fun...
We can all get through this 'Anus Horiblis' (umm...) together and our dogs will be able to have some fun too
For those of you that don't know how this is going to work
Seeing as how the shutdown of everything we know as normal, and we are all locked down... AGAIN, we need to find some new ways of keeping engaged with our dogs.
The 'New Normal' has pretty much shut down so many regular activities we now realise we've taken for granted. Rally is one of those.
You Devotees need to have some Rally in your lives!
So... we've taken a tried and tested idea of doing our Rally in the Online fashion. We will only be giving out one type of course this World Championship series, the smaller 'Challenge' style course (2x3m). If you want to though, please feel free to do it outdoors but keeping to a maximum of 3x4 metres.
We have decided to give you a Devotee Challenge and get you to build your own courses at hame and film them as though you are going to enter your rounds to Rally Online. Those of you that are registered and have Rally Online numbers, please use them. Those that don't, you get to make something up (you can be as creative as you want to) so that both you and your dogs have some sense of things being different. This should put everyone on a more level playing field. It needs to be fair in this way because... Carol is going to judge them!!! Shock-horror!
Nah, just have fun. We're looking forward to seeing what you all get up to for this wee challenge.
In saying that, we will again be dolling out points for the teams that enter the competitions in order to keep a running score of how you're all doing, if you're interested.
